The Eight Questions You Receive Ahead of Time to be Prepared
- In a few sentences, tell us who you are and what your company does?
- What is your competitive advantage, why does your firm win clients?
- What percentage of your revenue recurs every year?
- What is the point of constraint in your business, the one thing that, if you could change it, would allow you to grow faster?
- How many hours a week do you work and how do you allocate your time?
- Name one major responsibility you have delegated to someone else in the last 6 months?
- What are one or two things you’ve learned that are central to your CEO approach?
- What do you do for fun?
Tips:
- Questions 1-3 are around 30-60 seconds each. Question 3 is 3 to 4 minutes, and the last few are around 60 seconds each.
